Mathew Owens, CPA


Mathew is the founder of OCG Properties, a company that specializes in equity and cash flowing real estate investments. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. in economics with an emphasis in accounting and earned his CPA license while performing audit and taxation engagements on large real estate firms. He currently specializes in value add and cash flowing residential and multifamily real estate investments having purchased and renovated over 350+ properties and works with investors in multiple ways to acquire real estate in high cash flow markets around the country. Mathew also helps investors develop various cash flow streams through syndications run by professional operators, promissory notes and other real estate related assets. Many of his clients benefit from his knowledge of real estate taxation and due diligence, legal and investment structuring, and long term investment planning and analysis.

David Coe


Dave is a Gold Level Top Producer, representing both homeowners and investors, with the COE Real Estate Team. COE Real Estate is based in Hermosa Beach and specializes on the South Bay area of Los Angeles. He also runs Freedom Growth, which specializes in passive, cash-flowing real estate investing. Because tenants aren’t for everyone. He also co-founded the South Bay chapter of For Investors By Investors, a real estate investment club that is 100% focused on education and networking and 0% committed to any kind of sales pitch. His experience has produced a serious arsenal of resources for serious real estate investors.


Dave is also very active in the South Bay community. He is a proud Board member for both RBEF and the South Bay Board of REALTORS®. He and his wife Brooke have lived in Redondo Beach for the last 20 years and can’t imagine raising their two boys anywhere else.

Jeremy has been a passive cash flow real estate and business investor for over 10 years and manages a group of over 800 investors in the US and Canada who seek passive / managed / syndicated investments in real estate and businesses. He is originally from Montreal, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (for investing purposes only), and has an MBA from The Wharton School. In 2007, Jeremy left the corporate world thanks to passive cash flow and co-Founded For Investors By Investors (FIBI) to unite investors in a “no sales pitch” environment with the goal of providing investors the opportunity to network with, learn from, and ultimately co-invest with each other.


Jeremy has a diverse investor and fundraising network for real estate and business opportunities and has a large network of real estate and business contacts.
